Ready Made Artworks

STEP 1: Reserve the artwork you want by contacting Artbespoke. Artworks are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

STEP 2: Artbespoke will confirm availability, and will issue an invoice.

STEP 3: Prepare and send payment.  

STEP 4: Once payment has cleared, the artwork will be packaged and shipped.  
             Artbespoke will notify you

  •    Date of Shipment
  •    Registration Number
  •    Insurance Details
  •    Expected Date of Arrival

STEP 5: If you do not receive the artwork in due course, notify Artbespoke.  
             As a last resort we may need to make an insurance claim and reimburse your payment.

            And we would also like to be informed when you DO receive the artwork!

Custom Made Artworks

STEP 1: Send us the image or photograph on which to base the painting, together with a description or background of the person or place.  Information like favorite things, likes and dislikes, hobbies, or why the place is special for landscapes and still lifes, all help to capture the essence of the subject.  And if you would like the painting to be done in a particular way, detail how it should be done (this can be size, what should be in the background, even the type of coloring in order for the painting to fit in with your interior decoration) . 

STEP 2: Artbespoke will confirm the time it will take to produce the painting, and will issue an invoice for a down payment of 50%, with a statement for the full cost.

STEP 3: Prepare and send down payment.  

STEP 4: Once down payment has cleared, the production of the artwork will be scheduled, and you will be informed of its progress.  When it has been completed, an invoice for the remaining cost will be issued, along with an image or photograph of the completed painting.

STEP 5: Prepare and send payment for the remaining cost.

STEP 6: Once payment for the remaining cost has cleared, the artwork will be packaged and shipped.  
             Artbespoke will notify you

  •    Date of Shipment
  •    Registration Number
  •    Insurance Details
  •    Expected Date of Arrival
